Great Service from Reggy (Tricplate)

Just wanted to compliment great customer service.

I ordered replacement LED strips from Tricplate last summer, but due to business reasons did not open the package until this weekend. Upon openeing realised they were the wrong strips. Emailed Reggy and no issues he is sending out replacements.

You so often hear about bad service, but reaaly nice to be able to praise great!

I'll second that!
Got a Halo kit with the remote control. After some trouble shooting, found that one channel was bad in the controller and one of the LED srips was also bad. Reggy sent a replacement controller unit. I sent the bad one back with the bad strip via a label he had sent. I'm waiting for the replacement LED strip.
