• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It was beautiful in Wyoming today. It was 64 degrees with a west wind at my back. I drove home form Weller recreation in Kamus UT with the new 2014 Spyder Rt Limited to Green River WY. :doorag:
I drove a total of 220 miles, checking mileage at 150 miles, Looks like 37 miles per gallon driving interstate 65 - 78 average 75 mile per hour, may have had a west wind advantage for mileage. At the end of the day. I love it!!! It took a little bit of getting use to and the curves I am used to canyon carving up on a 2 wheel bike not so much with the rt, But getting better at it.:ohyea:
Took the wife out for a ride and grand kids and son drove it and everyone liked it. Got home no leaks no noises or fluid any where. The Weller BRP Dealership did a great job answering all my questions very happy with them. Might have a little snow the next 2 days then back to 60's by Saturday. Now I have to limit my driving till Spyder fest which is a 1400 mile trip then a return trip up to Iowa and back west which should make about 3000 miles total. Lets ride

Working at adding some photos. Took a photo tonight and added to the profile photo. Not sure if you can see it as the file seemed to have failed to upload.

We lived and farmed in Northeast Iowa for 20 years....Iowa is home 2nd to Green River Wyoming now ;)

Hey REV.RR
It took a little bit of getting use to and the curves I am used to canyon carving up on a 2 wheel bike not so much with the rt, But getting better at it.:ohyea: Just thought I would mention you are not supposed to be on 2 wheels with a Spyder in corners. :roflblack: Another Iowa transplant here, south central Iowa, now in Texas.

Congrats, now enjoy.

:congrats: . . . and we are still waiting for pics! I've heard a rumor that, if a photo isn't posted within 72 ours, there is a chip that will cause your :spyder2: to not start :yikes:. . . don't know if that is true :dontknow:, but why take the chance:lecturef_smilie:! By the way, there is a size limit and if the photo is too big, the upload will fail . . . again, congrats!
