There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cool jacket! There is a sticky just above you about fixing your pictures. Surprised you haven't seen it mentioned before since you've been around awhile. Easiest fix is to open them on your pc, resize them, save them, and the problem is fixed.

I have a few Spyder brand shirts and a sweater. I believe the Spyder clothes brand pre-exists the Can-Am by many years. My wife and I were wondering if they ever had a copyright or trademark infringement situation with Can-Am. But then I figured out why the Spyder clothes brand wouldn't mind if Can-Am used the same name. It probably helps them sell more shirts!

Yep, I live 4 miles from a Costco here in Apex, NC. Lots of spyder clothing here also.
