• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

GloRyders

Looking very nice! :2thumbs:
Question: Have you had any issues with having red lights up front on your bike?
I'm looking at getting a set of GloRyders, and am considering Blue... I just don't want to have any trouble with legalities...

I, too, am saving coins for a set of blue. Surely we would have heard stories if there were legal problems, even with red.

hey fellas, are these wheel lights powered by a single lithium battery? .battery easy to replace? I may lean on the hardwire method (permanent deal) .:chat::chat:

GloRyders are a stand up company...I had 1 quit working and they sent me 1 free...had to pay shipping...it was over a year old...they stand behind their product...WooHoo GloRyders:yes::yes::yes:Oh I love my PINK GloRyders

RE: Color choice. I would suggest not making the bike look like a local cop car--lightwise. No blue on one side, red on the other etc.

What happens is going to depend on the local police wherever you happen to be. Some states are funny about no red up front--only in the back. In Alaska, I have had blue, orange, pink, and yellow in the front. Never been stopped, actually had a state trooper give me a thumbs up sign when he saw all my lights at dusk. The front also has driving lights, and "A frame" light strips.

If you do get stopped, be as courteous as possible--because you are being stopped by someone who is obviously having a bad day or who is a "hot dog". They are never fun to deal with.

IMO: you can't have enough lights.

I have blue and had zero issues.

I also have blue and have had no issues. I am looking at the new ones with the larger spyder but shh don't tell the wife. :doorag:

I've got to do some digging into the regulations here...
I know that foreward-facing blue and/or red lights are strictly forbidden for normal private passenger vehicles...
The question is; these'll be facing to the side... :dontknow:

I have the aqua for several months an I go by police station every day at shift change. So far no problem.
