Gloryder question

Have any of you had a gloryder quit working? One of mine was getting very dim so I thought like most would it was the battery. I changed the battery out and now it will not work at all. The other one is working perfectly, still I even changed the battery out on it just for giggles and its as bright as the day I put it on. FYI I got these back in December so have only had them about 9 months. I sent gloryder an email about it tonight but was just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

You only need one battery? Mine take three; two in the back and one in the front. You did check polarity?

I'm assuming you have the automatic and not the remote.

I had the same problem but mine were the remote oones I thought I got a batch of bad batteries gloryder sent me new ones no ant remote ones no problems now like the new no copper wire to worry about.
