• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dogs rule

When I was in Wilderness Search and Rescue I got a genuine respect for what dogs can do. I never certified my lab because of a bad hip, although we did many pratice searches together. I applaud all the dogs and humans that spend their time and energy training and searching/saving someone's life. The heart of a dog seems to be unmatched by any other animal/human.

Now Jake does therapy, Starts new job at Silver Fox in Baldwinsville, NY this coming Monday, I think. Can't wait to see him bring some smiles to someone again, as we have been out of a place to go for over a month.

:agree:I went out on a few missions in Nam with a pair of Shepherds.
They were always out on point, luckily they made it in one piece.
The sad thing was when the handler went home the dogs stayed.
The dogs were considered Government property.
I hope that has changed over the years.
