• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

GAS TANK SIZE = HOW MANY GALLLONS

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
The formula for this is .... L x W x H x .004329 ..... this is for doing square or rectangular tanks ..... I went looking for a custom gas tank for my 917 project and on one site I found this formula ..... just thought I'd share ..... Mike

Gee, tanks, I tink. 231 cu. in. = 1 US gal. That's the easy part. Harder to figure cu. in. for an irregular shaped tank. Easier to just fill with fluid and measure what comes out when you empty it....

Gas Tank

How about this thought, install TWO tanks. Main and a Reserve. PS: Need to remember to FILL Both.:banghead:

Mike,
Have you been watching the Barrett-Jackson auction from Scottsdale?
There's going to be one of them at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT in June!:yes:
