Yeah, I thought it was a might steep for a few fueses that probably don't even weight a pound total . I didn't know you could buy the relay's for the :spyder2: at pepboys or such......I figured they were a dealer item only:dontknow:

I carry a spare in my trunk, that I purchased at Advanced Auto.........not positive that this is the one, but it's a BWD, #R3110Z, 41-5100
Check it out by taking in a fuse and have them cross reference it.

K- thanks..I will....now a dumb question...Is each relay different? I know each one powers different things but are the relays themselves different? Or are they all the same?:dontknow:

OEM Relay VJ28-95F24-S01 for $3-4

Not sure if they are still available, but I bought several OEM relays about a year ago from [email protected]. He told me he had a bunch of them at that time and sold them to me for $3 or $4( Don't remember for sure, but inexpensive). They are the same relay that came with the bike soI bought several. You may want to send him an email and check it out. I used Paypal and he shipped immediately, but do not know anything more about him.

I bought the mouser ones a long time ago. Because the shipping was so high I bought a couple of each. I have a 2008 GS and there were 2 different sizes. I think starting in 2009 for the GS/RS there was only one size used.

What I found funny was they then send you their catalog a few times a year and that weighs more than 5 lbs. Maybe their high shipping costs are their way of paying to ship those big catalogs.
