• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

from Germany with.... success !

Nice photos and Spyder ! Where is this at ? I often visited Kiel....it looks similar to the big shipping canal up there with a Ferry.

Enjoy the Summer and ride safely !

Hi Barbarossa,

Re: Greetings from a neighbour from Karlsuhe,

Do you mean Karlsruhe? Back in '62-'63 I was stationed just west of Karlsruhe ( about 30 kms southwest of Metz, France ); once bought a suit in the US Army PX in Karlsruhe. We would go through Karlsruhe on our way up to Weisbaden for the weekend.

Those were the days, :joke:

PS) And for those old enough to remember, I was fortunate to be in the crowd the day Pres. Kennedy gave his 'I am a Berliner,' speech; June 1963.

Cool! NYC is one of my favorite cities! I've been there couple times, e.g. back in 1999 - atop the WTC!
