Frist Official Recall on my 11

Well, I got my first official recall notice from BRP today for my 11 RTS. It appears that my bike could be one of the bikes who are emitting pollutants which are not in compliance with the California EPA. I live in Colorado so who gives a crap about California....LOL

I live across the Colorado river from California and never ride across the bridge over there. I will ride 100 miles to keep from going there. There gun and vehicle laws should keep anyone from going there.:spyder:

Just a quick question. Does the last line in the recall letter appear in all the "Voluntary recalls"? " We may consider a refusal to perform this voluntary recall as improper maintenance."

Does that mean that they could void a warranty??

If you bring your Spyder in to a BRP dealer for any kind of Service, they'll do the recall automatically, Like it or not.hyea:Or make you sign a waver if you refuse, Then your on your own should something go wrong.
