• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fort Kent Maine or bust - there & back again!

My almost homestead and stupid camera settings.

So what we thought was a bad capacitor was just an instant on off function for the camera if you use it for a dashcam
( like if the car gets bumped..dumb setting. now the reason I could watch the videos on the camera and not load them was the setting was set to sepa and the video program would not recognize those files. So once again I think I have the camera sorted out (for now )

Maine trip report

So after 14 days and 3438.9 miles I have learned.

the spYder ran flawlessly.

95% of car drivers are courteous.

100% of BIG RIG DRIVERS are courteous.

Motel 6 is a dump (see my video)

65-70 MPH yielded me 200 miles per tank average fill up was 5.8 gallons.

Quality INN has coffee 24/7 (I'm a coffee junkie). I am now a Choice hotels member.

My only D'oh moment was day 1 when I reset the trip B mileage, I quickly called my wife and said write down 447.

I did not go one day without getting jacked up in a traffic jam...not one.

My original plan to ride all back roads to Maine in 5.5 days was a very BOLD IDEA

I find the spYder very uncomfortable after 5-6 hours of riding.
