There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Few options out there. Ive had fun with mostly decals but my Smooth spyder backrest holds my 12X18 flag fine
before it I was looking at rivico & ISCI plate mounted brackets.
But was concerned with how low the license plate is mounted & if the flag would get dirty. I would fail to clean & that would not have been good. (FYI flag I use now is a Walmart 2pack, not a bike flag but works fine & easily replaced as needed. )

That's an alternative (LED lights in the shape of the US flag) that a number of folks have adopted.
Maybe better explain what you're looking to do? One flag, two flags, fabric, permanent, temporary....

Was thinking one flag, but couldnt find a good mount.. The led one is really interesting though.. Anyone used this on their bike ?

problem is no room like that on the ST :banghead: one of reasons I went decals for mine. 
few places will offer flag wraps & even fewer fit the ST you can always go custom paint:thumbup:

it irks me to see our flag displayed on the wrong side of a vehicle as is often the case.
Right side or center, pretty simple really.
At the NoCal Spyder Rally, I saw a vendor with a plate for the LED flag, so that it could be mounted on a bike without gluing it to the RT's back fender; I imagine this would allow it to be mounted somewhere on the ST as well. The plate may be a Pierre product, I'm not sure. Does anyone on this thread know what I'm talking about?

I see it on the lower portion of the bike.. The LED one but the Spyder I have doesnt have the lower portion.. The area above the tag is not rounded it has a crease in it./. Will not work for that type of fender ?
