• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Last weekend we made our first trip on the new RT. Logged 730 miles and had fun. Handled well on Interstates as well as State highways and country roads. Ran between 60-75 mph. Only has 1300 miles total and one gas check showed 29.8 mpg. I figure ryding 2 up with luggage wasen't bad but hope it improves as engine gets broke in. :2thumbs:

I've got 5600 mi on my 2010-RT and my milage fluctuates. I have found if I use my cruise and go 60 MPH I can get 32 mi per gal. It just depends why I'm out ryding. I really like to see the scenery. So I don't want to go fast. But there are times I just want to get home and that's when I go faster and of course speed eats up the gas. It's no different than a car. Almost every time I stop for gas someone asks me if the spyder is good on gas. I say no not compared to my car and then tell them 30 mi per gallon. They seem to think thats pretty good. I have a Prius. 30 is not so good!

We can all dream about higher mileage but with nearly 18000 miles on my RT it hasn't gotten any better than you experienced to begin with. Still to me it seems like a great form of entertainment for the money so I don't fret about it any longer

:welcome: Have fun, be happy. The mileage usually improves to around 30-31, but there are so many variables involved, its all depends on how and where you drive.
