• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

....in an hour!! It's -16C / 0F and the roads are clear.I'm going to throw on my electric clothes and take the RT down the road for a coffee!
We live at the end of a gravel road outside of the city and the only time that you can drive on it is when it is frozen ,otherwise it's 4" of muck.By noon it will have thawed. The highway is clear of all snow and ice, finally so I'm doing it.

:2thumbs:

I hope you get a good ryde in before it thaws and turns your driveway to muck again. Have fun and ryde safe.

Enjoy it and have fun. All you need are clear roads and sunshine and of course your Spyder. I rode to work yesterday and it was 6 F. No heated gear, but I do have my Thermosuit. I was actually pretty comfortable. Just being on the Spyder seems to make the difference. :2thumbs:

Yep,just being on The Spyder!!!I put on a quick couple of hundred ks.,beautiful!!!As you can see, there's still lots of snow around but the high-ways are bone dry...still a few snowmobiles running in the ditches by the roads, really funny to look over to the right and see a sled running beside you at 110k!!Life is good!:ohyea:

:congrats: On the ride, But can you please stop sending all that cold air down here.:gaah::roflblack:

Glad to hear the roads were dry, as everything else appears to be covered in a funny white substance there. :yikes: Funny thing is, those could be the woods around my place, if you remove all the snow and change the types of trees you have there. :roflblack:

Got my first ride of the year in last Saturday... Unfortunately we've had more snow (which is melting fast!) so now what I need is a couple of good heavy rainstorms to wash all of the salt and sand off the roads again...:spyder:
