• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3S Rattling Frame End Cap

I hope there's no issue, however, when recently cleaning my F3S, I noticed the allen wrench bolt situated in the end of the orange tube with the black ring (shown in the pic below next to the rear wheel) rattling, yet it can't be tightened. It is loose but can't be tightened.

What does this mean?

UPDATE: I went to the local dealer today and found out that the two end caps on the frame by the back axle, when leaving the factory, aren't always tightened down like they should to avoid the round black end cap and bolt from rattling. He tightened it right up and all is well. Learned something about our Spyder along with some amazing service personnel. Thankful.

Has anyone else encountered this situation?
If so, please advise ASAP.

Thank you!

Interesting. ...

Looks to be the adjuster for the rear axel. That is used to adjust your belt tension align the belt. If your not into doing your own work you should run it by your dealer and have them re adjust and align your belt again and make sure the adjusters are snug...:banghead:
