F3 Dash

Are the dashes on the various models interchangeable? Can I take an F3T dash and put it on an F3 base model?

That conversion is adding an F3T upper console and speaker housings to and F3S. Still uses the older dash cluster.

Interesting. I missed that. Very surprised it works as the software in the ECU is different between them. I knew the connector was the same but never plugged one in to see. Mostly because I never wanted to change the cluster in my F3 as the color screen is much more difficult to read in the sun and offers no additional capability, its just pretty.

That video shows the monochrome LCD instrument cluster from the F3S not the color screen from an F3T. IE they used the old cluster in the new dash. They are the same shape externally.

Same dash, fits right into the housing for the T or L, just have to removed the S clam shell housing. I personally like the older style F3 dash better than the new one.
