• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 brake rod

Anybody got a stock (position 3 I believe) brake rod they would like to get rid of. My F3T was set up position 4 but now that the better half is learning to ride I need to go back to stock. Dealer was supposed to give me back the stock rod but when I went to change it out it was to short (position 2). PM me with price if interested. Thanks, Dale

I believe that I took a 3 off of my F3S when I went to a 4. I will check tomorrow.

There you go....

Hope he checks back....Some one should open a swap/exchange section for the brake rods. Seeing as BRP makes you buy the rod if you change your mind. A list of available rods and everyone just pays postage.....:spyder:

I've got a spare Position Three, but I had to give the PO $15 bucks for it.

Willing to discuss fair price to pass on to a new owner who could use it.

Heck, the dealer never even went over the adjustable system with me. After about 5k I felt like I was a little snug on the pegs and went out a position. Probably by the time I get 20k I might want to do something with the handlebars......

If the dealer makes you buy a brake rod, the one that came stock is yours. If they fit you a different size, free, it is theirs. Same deal on handlebars.
