F3 Armrest Cup Holder

I have the BRP armrests on my F3 and understand that you can mount a Ram mount cup holder on them .I know there is a small indented square spot under both armrests but it seems like it isn't strong enough to support the cup holder . Anyone mount a Ram ball cup holder on the BRP armrests ? Thanks for you replies .

Cup Holder

The wife is selling her bike and going to start riding behind me. I'am going to mount a ram ball on the metal armrest upright. I think it will work. As soon as I do I will let you know. Drill a hole in the upright fame and install a ram ball. Should work I will see.

I found a square indentation under both armrest that will take a square base Ram mount with 1 “ ball that you can attach a 2 or 3 “ extension to your cup holder . Look under the arm rest .
