• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've used both the 2" and the 1". The 2" is a quicker wrap but the 1" does a better job (going around bends and getting a tight wrap). I like the carbon impregnated stuff but I'd say any good quality product will do just fine.

25 feet of the 2" or 50 feet of the 1" is more than enough to do the job.

I wrap from where the pipe comes out of the head to the Y connection with both the front and the rear exhaust. It makes a difference both in the heat you feel and exhaust noise.

I've had mine on for 3 years and it's still good. It takes some patience and some time but it's well worth the effort. Make sure each turn around the pipe is tight, lays flat, and you have about 1/2" overlap.

You can spray paint it with high temp paint once you get it on. Just be sure to mask behind the pipe. Of course the pipes are much easier to wrap if you take them off but I am not sure that would make the overall project less work.
