• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Exhaust / Warranty

I have a few questions about changing out my F3-S exhaust and how/if it will affect the warranty.

1 - Does changing the exhaust void the warranty? The exhaust I purchased will also eliminate the cat. (HMF exhaust with blackout option)

2 - Did anyone find that your local dealership cared you changed the exhaust?

I am approaching the first service and am trying to decide if I should change the exhaust out now or wait until after the dealership does the first service to change it.

Thanks in advance for everyone's input.

Exhaust has generally not been a problem with warranty concerns unless the exhaust you install causes engine tune problems and check engine codes.

anytime you omit an OEM part you stand a chance of having any subsequent warranty repairs denied if related in any way to that omission.. If you give the manufacturer any reason to do so, they will save money!
