Just purchased a Brand new Timeless Black RT-S and I'm completely physced. I have been riding all kinds of bikes, three wheelers & quads most of my life and nothing compares to this. Although I'm sad that my Harley has taken second in my choice of rides me and my girlfriend have put more miles on the Spyder in the last couple of days than we would put on the Harley in a month. This has given us a renewed enthusiasm in motorcycling which has been exhilarating. Not to mention the attention this thing gets as there are no other Spyders in my area that I'm aware of. We've been to 2 bikenights in our area since the purchase and not only were we accepted amongst all the Harley guys we couldn't get away from the Spyder through the deluge of questions(this may get old lol). We live in the Oklahoma City metro area and if there's anybody in the area with a Spyder that wants to ride let me know. I also want to apologize in advance for all the newbie questions that I may ask (I promise I will search before I post a question lol). I've read through these threads and my head is swimming with the potential mods that can be made to these machines. I look forward to getting to now this forum and the Spyder lovers here. There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Old man in Ft worth Texas purchased a se5 Spyder and after everal years of no bike am completly blown away. Wil take awhile to get back up to speed on Bikes but in the interum will just enjoy the ride. Any one in the ft worth area want to ride localy just HOLLER.

:congrats: on your purchase. I am in the Ft Worth area and bought mine in May and already have 4000 miles+ and loving mine!
There are a few in this area planning a ride as soon as it cools off if your interested.
