There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

the cost of the Spain trip will eat into our travel budget quite a bit this year so I will be staying pretty close to home.

It looks like Homecoming wins!
Thanks for the input from everyone about the different Spyder events. I have checked with the wife and she has agreed to letting me go out of the country on my own. This trip will be the longest I have undertaken and I am excited about going and adding more states and countries to my map!

Will be attending with my son "The Homecoming":yes: and later this year in September hopefully Nor Cal Spyder Rally in Sonora, California.
Hopefully 2018 can take off for Spyderfest, surely miss the fest.

The Homecoming in Valcourt is a unique event. Make it the priority trip. Spyderfest is the largest, and best attended. #2. The rest of the events are fantastic, and while we will hit most, the top two are worth skipping the others for. We love all of them, and have a great time wherever we go. We will attend the Heart of Washington rally, the NorCal rally, Red Rock rally, Texas Hill country, Las Vegas Bike fest, and a few other Western rallies. The Bayou was great, and next week, a small event in San Francisco Bay Area. The fellowship and comraderie is what makes these events so great! The people! Those who are concerned about going.....just go! You will be glad you did! You meet the best people, and make great friends. I hope to see you there! Cheers! Joe
