• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I found a nice 96 Wing with a Champion 2+2. Nice matching paint. New tires, oil change, ready to go. We are supposed to ride up to Vancouver,WA tomorrow aft, spend the nignt, and do the business in the morning, then head back to home before the traffic gets nasty.

Any..I m very excited aboot it,well, as excited as I can get with a kidney stone travelling towards my bladder at a slow pace. Luckily, the pain has been very tolerable. I hope the 300 mi round trip to pick it up won't jar anymore stones loose!

Anyway, it's got 37000 miles on it. Has maintenance records since it was built.

I hoping to go on the Mount Ranier run with Jomian in April. That is a great time.

Hope you all are well, hope to see some of you soon as we "ride the road to happy destiny":sour:

Brad,Pat, and of course..KIDDO!

Wow, that looks great. Gotta love the enclosed sidecar for the colder days. No regrets over from switching to my Wing. The ride is so smooth. Have fun with her.

Teddy & I would like to say Congrats on the New Ride- Looks Sweet

 That sure does look different, that's for sure  Hope its all that you want it to be :ohyea: Good Luck & let us know how you like it :doorag:

Hey Brad, glad you found one that will work for you. Now you will need to learn the ropes. Hacks are very different from anything else, and take some special techniques and a long learning curve. The book Driving a Sidecar will help. There are other publications, too, but none of them can substitute for lots and lots of parking lot practice, and a lot of road time. If you thought the learning curve for a Spyder was steep, you ain't seen nothin' yet! Take your time, go exceedingly slow in the corners until you get the hang of it, and don't forget that the handling and turning characteristics are not symmetrical...they differ side to side. Pat may need to rig a seat buzzer so she can get your attention, now that she can no longer tap you on the shoulder...LOL. I hope your GoPro is working to see her face the first time you fly the car. Have fun, my friends, and give our best to Kiddo.

Brad, that thing is sweet. At 37,000 a Wing is just being broke in. Keep us posted on how it goes. Oh yeah, good luck on the stone Bro. been there, done that, and didn't want the T shirt.

What a beautiful machine! Was wondering what was up when you sold the RT.

Bet Pat's going to enjoy the sidecar on those rainy days...

Good looking..!!

Beautiful looking unit. To bad the driver does not get to enjoy the side car..does it have a wiper.?? Good travels enjoy the ride....:ohyea:

Beautiful set up. Sounds like it will see much use too. While I'm here, let me tip my hat to the side rider. No way, no how, could I. To much of a gotta be in control of things guy to 'ever' hand things over to anyone else and park myself in one. No way, ever :roflblack::roflblack:

Nice ride. I rode mc with side car before and it pulls to the right . I wonder if this does.
If I ever get another 3 wheel ride I will buy me a ELIO.:yes::yes::yes::yes:enclosed and best here in the NW.:yes::yes:

We'll be looking for the not-quite-a-Spyder three wheeler on the Rainer run.... :D

That could be possible,Kevin! We are talking aboot it!

Presently, we are at a motel in Vancouver,WA about 3 miles from the owners home. Tomorrow morning will "sign de pay-paws".

One other cool option that this unit has: An extra gas tank in the right saddlebag plumbed into the stock tank. Flick a switch, and the main tank refills. Total capacity is around 10 gallons.:doorag:

What this rig doesn't have, which I may add, is electric lean.

:lecturef_smilie: Stopping is required; it voids warranties if they catch you trying to ride by one!
At least your passenger can unwrap trailmix bars, and pass them to you from the "mobile food pantry!" ;)
While she's sitting in there; watching satellite TV in air-conditioned comfort! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Is that a Hannigan side car?

I went and looked at one at the factory but didn't like the new version looks. It did have the electric lean and the sales guy talked that up quite a bit.

If you wanna have fun ride Ural with a side car!

John
