ESI cycle produce triople play replacement bulbs

Had a broken rear turn signal stalk (leather saddle bag wrestled with it and the stalk lost). Couldn't fix myself, so had dealer do it. He put in a new stalk with a factory standard bulb, tossing my fancy ESI bulb(turns yellow for turn, red for brake).

Looked up ESI website and got some skin care company.

Are they still in business? is there a replacement ESI bulb around somewhere? Help, please
