• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ENGINE HEAT RESOLUTION QUESTION

Speedy Spyder

New member
Has anyone installed the Motul "m0-Cool" Engine Coolant Additive to reduce engine operating temperatures?

Motul Factory claims up to 30F lower engine temperatures using this additive with stock coolant.

Wondering if the product is all hype or if it really works.....

We'll see

there are many such products and claims..interested in seeing how it works for you. Because of our climate I just run 75% water 25% coolant with water wetter for lubrication puposes..Motul is a great product hope it hold true...!! :dontknow:

If your bike is not overheating, IE operating at the thermostat and fan turn on set points, the better coolant will do nothing for you. The temp will still be controlled by the thermostat and fan controller. Very few Spyders actually have engine overheating problems. They have problems with exhaust heat under the tupperware.

My my bike isn't overheating, my dealer told me about Mo coolant additive. I recently installed cat by-pass so far the heating has reduced a great bit. .

Thanks for the info.
