I'm sorry...
I just took the leather cover off...and found a little adjustment screw.
Sometimes one should think before posting!

Well ,maybe it's helpfull for someone out there
Backwards and forwards...
Now it is absolutely perfect. The backrest cradles my lower back and helps me to sit in a more healthy position ( I realized that I start to slouch while riding and my lower back started aching). AND my wife has got more room sitting in the back which is really important because a grumpy wife in the passenger seat is the worst back pain...Hihihi..get it?
The tilt adjustment bolt is mentioned in the installation instructions.

It was installed when I picked it up...It does pay to read the instructions.

is that adjustment screw only on the F3's or does the OEM backrest for the 2014 RT's have an adjustment as well ?

It's on my 2014 Ultimate seat and I imagine its on all of them. Common sense would dictate some adjustment as most people's back location is different.
What model or does it matter, I have the comfort seat and drivers backrest for it, mine pushes me too far forward so would like to back it off a little bit.
They do not want you to have the instructions, might save you a few dollars. I have it put on work order to give me instruction sheets if they install..It was installed when I picked it up...
I didn't get the instructions!
But whatever. I figured it out anyway!
