The other day i was out riding with a buddy hes got a Streetglide and we were in this small town near Sacramento Ca calle Cordilia i think thats what it was called somthing like that anyways.. we come to a stoplight and this Pontiac G6 pulls up next to me i didnt really think of nothing but then the light turned green and we took off and he stepped on the gass so i punched it and we were offffff 1st 2nd 3rdddddddddddd then 4th by this time i was doing about 106 when i looked down at my speedo he was about a car length and a half ahead of me the whole way but im sure he was like wow that freakin bike halls ass cause he didnt even come close to dusting me its was a close race WOW how freakin exhilerating then i look back in my rearview to see were my friend was and he was a small dot in my rearview lol what a blast that was my first dragrace on my spyder and it preformed supurbly :2thumbs: Michael

Please don't race on the street! There are plenty of dragstrips in your part of the world where you can try you hand at some speed, without hurting yourself...or some innocent bystander. The street is for driving, the race track is for racing!!!

Actually, they were taking street racing violators to the junk yard and smashing their cars in front of them as part of the sentencing.

I got hooked into an A road race with a Lamborghini Gallardo at the weekend. I have to say he struggled to keep up with my SE5 on the straights but did me on the corners!

Well there are only a couple lights in Cordelia and only one has two lanes in each direction. (I ride through the area regularly) I personally would not race at that location. Too many youngsters around with miniature golf course and arcade in the area. I am not against riding fast but I go real rural to get my speed fix. Long straight stretches where you can see for miles. IMHO. Don't mean to offend.
