• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well I will pull the rear tire on the wife's RT later this afternoon when she returns from showing it off to her friends. I purchased Monk's 2021 RT with all of the goodies that he had installed. Bike had just over 4000 miles when I picked it up in North Carolina, now is over 10,000 miles and much in need of a new rear tire as the stock Kenda is way past worn. Will put on a Vedestein 205/60 to replace the OEM.

My F3-T is on jack stands awaiting a new rotor from Ron. Don't know what I was thinking (or not) but @ 32,850 I chewed a rotor on my left front wheel. Not too shabby of mileage for a not very gentle brake user. These are the original brake pads that went to California and to the 3WR in deadwood, all while pulling my time out camper! So brake pads and a spare set are on the way from Ron's shop while I have to await the arrival of a new shipment of rotors next week.

My dear spouse got her 3 wheel license the first week of June and she hasn't looked back once. She picks a new destination for us approximately an hour or more away to motor to and enjoy a cup of joe and then return home by an alternate route. Got to love a spouse who loves to ride as much as I do and will clean up and polish bikes to remove bug splat prior to the next days ride.:clap::clap::ohyea:

I am on my second Vedestein on the rear of my F3-T, only got 11,300 mile from the first one, the current one has 14,500 miles on it and tread is still looking good. Have dropped the pressure to 16psi as the previous rear was worn in the center. The lower pressure appears to have resolved the center wear problem from the first rear tire which was run @ 18psi.

The gentler riding with my spouse has given me the increased rear tire wear as well as giving me a consistent 34mpg while traveling the back roads at our usual 55mph transit speed. Looking forward to many more miles along with the smiles that come from a two spyder experience with my spouse of 44 years. Will stop my rambling for now. Ride on and do so safely.
