Have any of you Riders had any experience with the service dept. at the Spyder dealer in Henderson Nv., good or bad. I am in need of a normal service and am looking for a good dealer. :dontknow:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They have been great for me. Friendly guys. Good service so far (only been in once so far). They put up with me window shopping and test riding for three years before actually making my purchase. If anything is wrong I'm sure they'll make it right. family owned business run by Matt and his brother Dan. Jessie is the parts guy, and John does the service. They've all been great for me. Even helping me get a Las Vegas Spyder Ryder's chapter started.

Proshop in Henderson
I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Proshop in Henderson. They do something that to me seems very simple... treat their customers the way they would like to be treated.:firstplace: That doesn't seem to be the norm in this world, sadly enough.

Thanks for the info guys. I will get ahold of them and see about getting the Sypder in for service.
