First I would like to say that I have ordered from ESI and Spyderpops and had excellent service along with prompt shipments. So here is a big :2thumbs: for you guys and thanks for sponsoring the site.
Now I would like to share an experience about newenough.com and I think they sponsor the site indirectly by letting the consumer decide where a dollar is donated at the end of the purchase process. I always chose spyderlovers.com. Lamonster will have to verify if that actually happens. Anyway I purchased a coat, gloves, and a AGV Hoodie when I placed the order all items where listed as same day or 1-2 day shipping. So I placed the order received a confirmation email then on Monday I received an email stating that two items had been shipped from a warehouse in Texas. The third item (Hoodie) listed as shipping from a different warehouse in Birmingham but I didn't received a confirmation that it had shipped. So on Thursday I received an email from Aaron at newenough.com stating that the company was out of the size I ordered and that it would not be in stock until November. Then Aaron explained that AGV suggested if I agreed they would send the next size up for me to wear now and in November they will send me the correct size all at no additional charge to me and I get to keep both Hoodies. Of course I agreed.
