• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi I am throwing a question out there..........Has anyone used a car dolly to haul a Spyder? If so what were your experiences?
Thanks

From page 157 of my operator's guide. Towing could void warranty, particularly under Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act.

"NOTICE Do not tow the Spyder
roadster — towing can seriously
damage the vehicle drive system.
When contacting a towing or transporting
service, be sure to ask if they
have a flatbed trailer, loading ramp or
power ramp to safely lift the vehicle
and tie-down straps. Ensure the vehicle
is properly transported as specified
in this section."

 :agree: Warranty aside; that rear wheel and belt would be slinging right along... without any oil pressure to lubricate anything in the transmission. :yikes:

(Even in neutral; that output shaft will be spinning...)

Recently had to use the BRP roadside assistance program saved me $200 in tow on proper flatbed tow truck fyi. Allowed 1 tow every 7 days per problem. Worth looking into, & fyi up to you to know where u wanna go, Get you info first.

Thanks to all for your answers. I was pretty sure that it was a no no but wanted to know if anyone had actually done it and with what results!
