• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

anyone have corbin bags on any of your spyders?
Are they made well?
Do they hold a fair amount?
Only seen photos on corbin's site but they looked pretty good.
Any pros or cons?
thanks for any info. you want to share!

I never had them on a spyder, but I did have a set on my M109, and my kawasaki zzr1200. I can say that they make a very nice product that blends with the bike better than anyone else. They also tend to hold more than your average bags that you can get. The only down side is that they are not removable with a locking system like a givi bag would be. They are typically held on with 3 bolts and a bracket at the rear. They can be removed in about 10 minutes, but they cannot be removed with a key and taken into your hotel like luggage.

Corbin Fleetliners

I had a set of Corbin Fleetliner saddlebags on a 2007 Yamaha Roadliner. They were huge and beautifully sculpted in a teardrop shape with chrome accent strips on them. I also had the matching Corbin trunk. My wife & I rode to Washington DC for Rolling Thunder on that bike with those bags on it.

BRP Cross Country Saddle Bags Looking Better

Just priced the Corbin RS and ST saddlebags, assuming that the F3 will be in the same ballpark. $1,800.00! ???
I have Cross Country bags (admittedly smaller) on order that I got a a 15% discount, bringing them to $1,104.00.

I just hope that the leather bags I've ordered work out (even though I seriously have my doubts) so I can cancel the BRP bags and forget that I saw the Corbin Bags.

Isn't this fun.....:sour:

You can bet that the corbin stuff is always high, but the size and looks can really not be matched. As for me, I purchased both bikes used with the corbin bags and fairing allready on them. I would personally never pay the price that corbin wants for their stuff.

I do not have corbin bags but I have a corbin seat.
I just wanted to post that the Red/White ST shown with Corbin Fleetliner bags on the corbin web site is a member on this forum. I cannot remember who he is, I hope that he chimes in . I think that Corbin used his Spyder St to build their St bags. Here is the link http://corbin.com/can-am/cabagst.shtml

RE: Corbin bags. It has been posted here that Corbin Bags for the F3 are in the works. Knowing Corbin, they are going to be real lookers.

Have not had the Corbin bags on any :spyder2:. My dealer put them on both his 2008 and 2009 models and they are still up and running.

I had Corbin fairings, Corbin rear fender, and Corbin Trunk on both my 2008 and 2009. They are expensive as heck, but I thought they were worth it. The looks, made my :ani29: special--IMO. I used the Givi bags on both the :spyder2:'s above because of cost at that time.
