• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

COOL PLACES TO VISIT

For any of you who may ride to Columbia County, NY, here are some really cool places to visit while you are there. We have been to all of them, and really enjoyed it. You can then take RT 23 from Hillsdale NY to Great Barrington MA for some good eats. BabaLouie's is a great pizza place, right on the main drag on the left shortly after turning left on RT 7 from RT 23. Their crust is made from sourdough, and is really tasty. Plus they have tons of toppings. Their "small" Caesar salad would easily serve four people. Plus, GB is a great town for walking around and window shopping. Worth the trip.

From years ago (when I lived in Mahopac, NY) - riding up and down Route 22 is a real treat. Lots of scenery and historical sites to see. Stopped at an old cemetery one time and observed the burial place of the captain of the Northern Ironclad "Monitor". Lots of history along that road and the traffic was usually very light. You can easily do four states in a short day of riding.

Visiting Columbia County, is about like the start of a bad 1960s flashback; at times! :D
(Burned up many gallons of gas looking around over there!)

Dwight,

Deb and I took hwy 22 all the way to Lake George from your place. We didn't get much of a chance to see anything because we had an 11hr ride home. Next time we will take two days to get home, so that we can stop and check things out.
