• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

finally got to sit on one at my dealer. 2014 limited trade in with a heated one. wife also
has room too. does sit better than stock . loves park has a cognac and a black used limited
for sale.cognac is a 14. black could be a 15. also a F3 too. dave said people are buying.

Just sitting at the dealer is the tip of the iceburg seat comfort-wise, IMO. The proof is after a long day's ride. My Comfort seat was worth the extra cost and much less expensive than an Ultimate or other aftermarket brand. Good luck.

I put the BRP comfort seat on my GS SM5 and it's a nice improvement over stock. Much less expensive than others and I prefer stock/BRP over most aftermarket stuff.

I know the comfort seat moves you back about two more inches, but is it actually more plushy?

I'm only 5' 7", and I'm not sure I'd like to be moved back any more from the stock seat. But I might bite if it's softer.

I purchased a 2014 RT Limited a couple weeks ago. My husband helped me install a new Comfort Seat & Comfort Driver's Backrest. I am only 5'5, but I have 4 Titanium Rods in my neck & I need to stretch my legs out when I ride. I took the bike out for a ride today with the new seat & backrest & the 2 inches made a huge difference for me. The backrest gave me both comfort & support. I was a little concerned the new setup would affect my arms reaching the handlebars properly, but a quick adjustment of the backrest & I was good to go. :ohyea:

No, it isn't softer but actually firmer than the stock seat. Firmer is usually more desirable to riders especially if you ride for any distance.

i tried to measure as good as i could not only is the seating area 2" longer
but it is about an inch wider at the rear. didnt think about the width farther forward.
both of us can only do about 100 miles before its time to stop. doesnt look
like the passenger gets any more comfort treatment though.
