I guy in our church and I love to trade insults to see which one of us can outdo the other. One evening while standing in line for mid-week dinner I told Bill, "I sure hope I die before you do!" "Why is that?" "Because I want you to be the one who is miserable at the loss of our friendship!" He almost fell on the floor laughing so hard. :roflblack:

Then there's the comeback I wish I had spoken.

While having a new pair of glasses adjusted I said something about they weren't right. The optical tech said, "I've been doing this for five years so I know how glasses should fit." The comeback I wished later I would have spoken, "Yeah, and I've been wearing glasses for fifty years and I know how I want them to fit!"
