• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

OK - I know you don't want to add friction modifiers to the Spydie because of the wet clutch.
Do any of you use Z max - the micro lubricants? I have used this product in my quads and jeep over the years. I guess I love my Spyder so much that I want to ultra protect it -- got to be careful I don't want to love it to death!
Do you think the Z max would be a good additive, un-necessary or bad?:read:

Thanks for your feedback,

If you really wanted to add stuff to it, maybe add the z-max thru the fuel system instead of the motor oil. That way it lubes the cylenders but not getting into the clutch.

Do any of the machines you use this Z-max in have a wet clutch? If the answer is no, then don't use it. You have a good warranty with your :spyder:, don't void it. IMHO

All the other vehicles I have used it in - do not have wet clutches.

I had a great 200 mile ride today and checked the oil when I got home. The oil looks brand new.....I will not add anything.
