Carry question?

I was reading on HandgunLaws.us about MO. I could not find either way if MO allows open carry of a pistol?
We have open carry in GA but it's not allowed in FL or AL.

Missouri Open Carry:
Unrestricted under state law; some local regulation on loaded carry is possible. Missouri also honors Georgia CCW.
