Can't shift into reverse...09 SM

Help...I suddenly lost the ability to shift into reverse with my 09 GS...Started out shifting into reverse and into 1st gear normally but when I tried to downshift into reverse again..no go...Goes thru the forward gears with no problem but can't downshift into reverse...This was the first time I rode the bike after winter storage. Anybody have a clue?...Thanks...Larry

Check..!!

the cable routing for the reverse lever. If it is a manual you may have to adjust the cable. Hope thats all you need....:thumbup:

Had same problem at Spyderfest

On my 08 GS/RS SE5.. BRP tech fixed it. Micro switch in shift paddle had to be adjusted.

Guess I'm gonna have to take it to the stealership on this one...no help here.
