Cant pair 2nd SMH10 to SM10.

We have two SMH10 headsets.
1. Headsets paired at factory.
2. Paired iphone 1 to heaset 1
3. Paired iphone 2 to heaset 2.
Purchased SM10 and
4. Multi-paired headset 1 to SM10.
5. Cant get headset 2 to pair to SM10.

Any ideas?

red and blue

are both red and blue lights working on the sm10? mine malfunctioned before I got it working only the red light would come on. keep us posted.

Yep both lights are working. Pairing to headset 1 was easy. Repeated for headset 2 per instructions and no success.
Currently have solid red and slow blinking blue.
