• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i think it would answer alot of the foot peg questions? In reguards to the hot foot problem, and the added engineering required to put these on. just design a replacement to whats already there

and add a bulkier foot rest at the top extend it out a few inches . come on can am are you guys listening . this isn't rocket science .

gaskets

i don't think there is a hot foot problem as such, it's a more so cause of blown gaskets
that was in my case anyway, no heat problems since Honda gaskets installed
just my experience :D

Do you mean something kinda like this, tho replacing the entire plastic OEM lower deflector with one made of aluminum so it has less chance of breaking & can withstand a bit more weight/torsion and then protruding out a bit more for more foot positions while Cruising?

So who's got the mechanical smarts to figure this puzzle out?

The orinal piece doesn't have the support beneath it to stand up to the extra load; what can be done underneath it? :dontknow:
