Can I change ECM and dashboard RS SE5 2012 to RS-S SE5 2014?

Hello to everyone. I have a crazy idea. I want to upgrade my Spyder RS SE5 2012 release. By installing the dashboard, remote with steering and ECM from the 2014 model year (RS-S SE5). Do you think the old engine will work with the new ECM, or are there too many differences?

P.S.: I have MPI with BUDS.
