• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone tell me where the 2021 S2S Frunk light switch or fuse is please?

I have a 2021 S2S. I want to disconnect the frunk light without having the bother of removing the liner to get at the light unit and removing the bulb/LED. So can anyone tell me where the switch or fuse is for this light please.

Lights in the frunk? There’s none in my 2024 🤷🏻‍♂️
No light in my '25 F3T either
That's not surprising, since not only does BRP have a bit of trouble including everything that should be there on all their Spyders (think of the rather random 'allocation' of those so-called belt tensioners across years/models/individual Spyders - some do have 'em, some don't! :cautious:) but it's also probably because different spec models don't always get the same features, frunk lights included. The OP's Spyder is an S2S, basically the top spec model of its generation. ;)

@Flier Tuck, why do you want to stop that light from working?? It might help us suggest other options. But if your Spyder is anything like the earlier models, then I believe the switch for that light is an integrated part of the microswitch in the latch, and would likely be quite hard to disconnect. Similarly, I don't think the fuse it is powered thru is a stand alone fuse for just that light, I'd think it's one of those multi purpose light fuses that would mean if you pulled it, you might not have dash lights, or tail lights, or maybe side lights?! I reckon you'll find that the easiest way to disconnect the frunk light will likely be removing the liner to get at the light unit and removing the bulb/LED... Sorry.
