• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can-Am Spyder ST Limited Embroidered Stock Seat

Why would they say a Can-Am Spyder ST Limited Embroidered Stock Seat would not be compatible with a 2009 RS SE5? Could it be because of the embroidering? It seems to me it should fit fine. What do y'all think?

It will fit. I made sure my ultimate seat I bought for my RS would fit the ST, you know just in case I wanted to upgrade one day

TO FIT OR NOT FIT ? ? ?

I think the main thing is how the seat is attached at the rear of the 2013 ST......If they did it the same way as the 2008 - 2012 models your OK....if not ???? mike

it will fit . i just put an st seat on my 08 gs. it fit better than the stock seat, or the comfort seat.

Thank you everyone for your inputs. My research says that the ST-Limited seems to have 2" more padding than the ST which seems to have 2" more padding than the stock 2009 RS. For those that have both do you think that sounds about right?

I put a 2012 Limited seat on my 2012 RT-S and it is more padded and slightly (about 1 1/2") closer to the handle bars than the original seat. For me it works better and feels better. I think that the individual differences between seats is there but other than major model difference not significant.
