• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Buying a 2025 RT Limited - is the VIP Loyalty Program worth it? Is the Extended Warranty worth it?

I test drove the Spyder F3 Limited and the RT Limited. Spouse prefers the RT Limited. Dealer is asking $36,384.97 OTD. I have attached the relevant portion of the OTD price. My questions are:
1) Is the VIP Loyalty Program (pre-paid maintenance for 3 years) worth the cost?
2) Is the extended warranty worth the cost?

Some people don’t have the ability or the desire to do their own maintenance. I don’t know what this plan entails or the financial situation of the dealership to fulfill it in case of a major economic downturn. Same with the extended service contract. You can purchase the BRP BEST plan for a heck of a lot less and have nationwide coverage. The bad side is that it doesn’t cover as much as some of these dealer sold products do. If you purchase that plan only the selling dealer will service it. Six to one and a half a dozen the other.

The VIP Loyalty Program and Extended Warranty Contract are not something that CAN-AM will support.
They're something your local dealer is selling you, and unless they have multiple locations, you can only take it to that one location for coverage.

That is my feeling as well. I sent an email to Thomas (iMotorsports) for a quote.

What does the VIP Loyalty program cover? In 3 years you should have at 3-4 maintenance visits. The first at 3K miles, then once a year of 9,300 miles whichever comes first. I pay about 250 for service visits.
I would opt for the extended BEST warranty which you can purchase from any dealer. The cost for a 3 year extension of the BEST warranty is between $671 and $700. I paid $671 in 2023 and I believe it's slightly higher. The BEST warranty extends the original BRP warranty and you can search for more information here. You can reach out to Imotorsports to find the current cost of a 3 year warranty. Note that you do not have to buy a BEST extended warranty right away, you have until your original expires and not a day later.
