• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have my Bushtec hitch on the way Lamont. The only bike I don't have setup for it will be my 67 Triumph and I think I'll let that one alone.

That's not a Bushtec hitch. That's one that is mounted on the swingarm (Very Bad Idea) ::)

This should send up a red flag right away.

Lamont, Are the wires for the trailer connection running through the down supports on yours? When I talked to Andrews dad yesterday he said he thought they did yours that way. I emailed Andrew today about seeing if they could run my loom through the tube. He is off at an event right now though.

They are ran in the right side of the bottom hoop.

I had hitchdoc.com make me a special hitch for my Softail. Chromed, and very strong. It only cost $275.00. Hard to imagine buying something for a Can-Am that's twice the price as a Harley product. HD doesn't even sell a backrest/rack combination for anything close to $600. My how times have changed. I'm still going to buy a hitch...I think they're cool.
