• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP Switch

I will be installing the CD Cool Magic lights and want to use the BRP switch the same as the switch I have for the fog lights.

Any ideas on what the connections are?

Hey Susie,
I've got a few of those switches laying around out in the garage and should have some time tomorrow afternoon. I'll get you a pin diagram by tomorrow evening so you'll know what goes where.

Well, TV is pretty friggin' boring so I grabbed a switch and a multimeter. Here is a pic.
Looks like it's a simple lighted rocker switch. Lighting at the top contacts and the other 3 contacts used for switch control. Power is in the middle. Should be pretty easy to wire up. Good Luck!

There's always the Hallmark Channel... ;)
And ALL of those Christmas movies that they've been re-running since the beginning of time...
(Who could get bored of looking at Stana Katic?)

Thanks! I kind of cheated and looked at the bottom of the fog light switch which is the same switch, figured out the right wires and hooked them up to the CD switch wires for the Cool Magic Billet lights. Works like a charm.

Hope me your Christmas is a good one.
