• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP saddlebags and TBR dual

I got the grand touring bag for a little extra packing to Branson last week its fine but I did not like the weight that high, also there was the front pocket poking me in the back. I have been thinking about the BRP bags but I am not sure that they will mount with the TBR dual exhaust. Has anyone out there done it?:helpsmilie:

I don't think there's any way you'll have enough room with the TBR duals on.

I will be trying it later today. I think I can adjust the duals down with a longer hanger to make it work. Will post up pics if it does.

Not sure how much the BRP bags are than the Givi 35's but I got them to fit:ohyea::ohyea::ohyea:

I think the BRP are rebadged Givi 35's, but I wonder about the mounting. The top of my TBR exhaust is right around the same at the stock muffler was.:f_spider:

They can be made to fit. You may need to make a short 1 inch long piece of aluminum with holes in each end to lower the exhaust a little. i will be adjusting mine till I get it as close to the bags as I feel is safe. Right now I am at 2 inches lower and will test it tomorrow to see if the bags get hot.

Firefly did you have to lower your exhaust, do the instructions which I have heard are missing quit a bit say. I love my TBR exhaust but I was not pleased with the high weight on the back of the bike.:f_spider:
