I had the grounding wire installed and the computer update done today.
I then went for about 80 miles or so.
I cannot see nor feel nor hear any difference whatsoever. This is a good thing, of course.
I note that the service manager (Joe) at Dasilva Motorsports -- here in NH -- clearly understood what he was doing. He also went into the tech documentation and verified that the Spyder computer properly reflected each and every item that was in the update.
There does seem to be some that are having various forms of bad experiences. I am pleased that the combination of my Spyder and my dealer/service manager appears to be working correctly.
