• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yeah-- big bummer. They should have an engine exchange setup already so you don't have to wait for your local shop to figure out how to do a rebuild.

BRP could send a rebuilt engine--- yours gets sent in and rebuilt for the next victim, etc.... That would be better than having the local guys rebuild in my opinion--- let the pros at BRP do all the rebuilds.

Of course a brand new engine would be ideal!

As far as the loaner--- that really bites---- of course BRP marketing knows they will sell tons if the new models are placed in the right hands--- smart move on their part.

Giving you a loaner while yours is down doesn't do much for new sales--- but would speak well of BRP.

Hope you get back on the road soon.
