There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I felt the same as you but on our North to Alaska trip one of the couples had the Freedom trailer and they really liked it. Another who was reluctant to go to the Freedom was Fred Rau but now that he has had it for several trips he is happy with it.

I don't believe so.. the freedom is great. Love mine, it's wider and not as tall as the 622. The volumn looks to be close to the same. you can also see the brake lights on the bike over the trailer. Had mine carpeted like a car trunk. It's works great!

I have a 622 trailer and I'm real happy with it. I'm sure the freedom trailer is a good trailer and my guess is you can't go wrong with either trailer. Some will say the 622 is heavy, but I've had it packed full and about as heavy a load that I would put in it, mostly camping gear, and never had any issues pulling it with my 990 RT.

He was one of the original Spyder 5. He helped BRP w/Lamont and others develop the Spyder.
